Description Reporting to the SPM the Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction in Los Angeles is responsible for: Lead and manage all phases of the ground-up construction of the 50-unit apartment complex in Van Nuys. Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and ensure all deliverables are met on time and within budget. Supervise day-to-day operations on-site, ensuring compliance with safety, quality, and design standards. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve any issues or challenges that arise during the construction process. Monitor project progress, prepare reports, and manage project documentation. Ensure adherence to all local building codes and regulations. Profile A Successful Assistant Project Manager - Multifamily Construction in Los Angeles: 5 years of experience in multi-family or ground-up building and construction project management. Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety standards, and contract management. Proven experience managing large-scale projects, preferably in multi-family construction. Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills. Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suite. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is preferred.
