The Superintendent manages day-to-day site operations for Class A office and bank tenant improvement (TI) projects, ensuring high standards of quality, safety, and schedule adherence. They coordinate subcontractors, oversee site logistics, and act as the primary on-site leader to deliver polished, professional spaces. Description Overseeing daily on-site operations for Class A office and bank tenant improvement (TI) projects to ensure work is completed safely, on time, and to specification. Coordinating and supervising subcontractors, trades, and site activities to maintain workflow and quality standards. Enforcing safety regulations and maintaining a clean, organized job site in compliance with all applicable codes and company policies. Monitoring project progress, resolving field issues, and communicating updates to the Project Manager and stakeholders. Conducting site inspections, managing punch lists, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-end, client-ready spaces. Profile The ideal candidate for this Superintendent role has extensive experience managing Class A office and bank tenant improvement (TI) construction projects, with a strong focus on quality, safety, and schedule adherence. They possess excellent leadership and communication skills, are highly organized, and skilled at coordinating subcontractors and site logistics. A thorough understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and problem-solving on fast-paced job sites is essential, along with a proven ability to deliver polished, client-ready spaces.
