spending accounts Job Details Job Details: This role is ideal for
individuals who excel in critical thinking and take pride in
upholding the highest quality standards. You’ll be responsible for
inspecting products, conducting precision tests, analyzing
measurements, and documenting production data to ensure all
manufacturing processes meet strict industry and internal quality
requirements. Perform detailed inspections on incoming raw
materials and outgoing products using AN, MS, NAS, and MIL
standards Conduct First Article Inspections (FAIs) and generate
documentation per AS9102 requirements Reject and return
nonconforming products and materials Read and interpret engineering
drawings, blueprints, and specifications Use precision tools such
as micrometers, calipers, plug/ring gauges, optical comparators to
verify dimensions and tolerances Maintain and enter inspection
results into internal databases and complete supporting
documentation Collaborate with Sales, Purchasing, and Production
teams to resolve quality-related issues Communicate directly with
customers and suppliers to address and resolve inspection
discrepancies Monitor calibration status and functionality of
inspection equipment; report maintenance needs Stay up to date with
evolving quality practices and industry standards Support
continuous improvement by recommending process enhancements Ensure
compliance with AS9100 quality system ? Qualifications 3 years of
experience in quality inspection within a manufacturing environment
(aerospace or defense strongly preferred) Proficient in using
micrometers, calipers, height gauges, optical comparators, and
other measuring tools Strong understanding of fastener specs,
materials, and finishes Knowledge of GD&T (Geometric
Dimensioning & Tolerancing) and blueprint reading Familiar with AN,
MS, NAS, MIL, IATF, and AS9100 standards Skilled in math,
measurement conversions, and technical reading comprehension Strong
communication and documentation skills High attention to detail and
ability to work independently or in a team setting Certification in
