Job Description:
A company is looking for a Sales Enablement Specialist to
provide learning materials, content, and resources to drive growth
and success for the sales team.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop, execute, optimize, and assess enablement initiatives
Coordinate and evolve the Sales Onboarding Program
Partner with sales, marketing, and product teams to ensure
preparedness for product launches and enhancements
Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree
3-5+ years experience in a high-performance sales organization in
sales and sales enablement
Detailed understanding of SaaS sales cycles
Familiarity with Force Management Sales methodology a plus
Knowledge of Salesforce, LeadIQ, Outreach, and LinkedIn Sales
Navigator preferred
