Job Description:

A company is looking for a Workday AMS Consultant.
Key Responsibilities:

Become a subject matter expert in the Workday product suite and provide functional and strategic support to clients
Analyze and document problems, recommend solutions, and follow up on problem resolution with clients
Manage multiple projects, ensuring tasks are completed in a timely manner

Required Qualifications:

2-5 years of technical support/functional experience in Workday or similar applications
Experience in requirements gathering and business analysis
Ability to support multiple customers effectively
Passion for providing exceptional customer service
Ability to learn technology quickly through instruction and self-training
