Established in 2022 as a joint venture between PAI Partners and PepsiCo, our new company blends the best of two worlds: one steeped in industry-leading expertise and the heritage of prestige juice brands, and another rooted in a true entrepreneurial, agile mindset.With a global footprint of more than 2,000 associates that spans North America and Europe, we are proud of our industry-leading capabilities in areas that include innovation, R&D, manufacturing, distribution, sales, marketing and nutrition expertise.The company's focused on the vision to quench the world's thirst for more delight and nourishment, while continuing to build upon the many important diversity, sustainability, local community and philanthropic activities that our people and brands have historically supported.Key Responsibilities:Perform activities such as blending beverages, documenting ingredients, handling raw materials, creating material usage reports, completing CIP for all blend tanks, sanitizing all tanks and operates weigh scales.Weigh and blend raw ingredients to blend card specifications, up to 25 per ingredients per flavor.Operate and monitor machinery used in the production process - pumps, filtration equipment, etc.Operate blending and pasteurizing equipment while maintaining FDA regulated pasteurization procedures.Initiate and monitor fermentation processes and document quality checks as required.Monitor and document all quality control checkpoints including ingredient traceability. (raw, finished, ingredients, storage and transportation conditions).Perform autonomous maintenance activities such as preventative maintenance, lubrication, sources of contamination, etc.Maintain good manufacturing practices, housekeeping standards and safety precautions.Manage inventory of raw ingredients via SOX required cycle count processes.Perform duties and responsibilities within the guidelines of plant's programs and initiatives (i.e.: SFTPM).Ship and receive SFG concentrate totes and raw ingredients.All other duties as assigned by management.REQUIREMENTS: High School Diploma or GEDMinimum 1 year recent work experience in a manufacturing facility, food production preferredKnowledge of basic math & problem solvingMust have basic computing skills to operate and interface with manufacturing softwareAbility to listen, understand, communicate written and verbal information and ideasAbility to operate equipment and machines in an industrial environmentAbility to perform work within established guidelines and in a safe mannerAbility to work independently and in teamsAbility to work any shift and overtime (including weekends)Ability to lift a minimum of 50 poundsForklift experienced or able to be certified (provide in-house certification)Knowledge of SAP data entry/reporting a plusPDN-99132244-3773-41ae-95bb-ff7a38a44c10
