Flavor manufacturing company in Oxnard looking for a QA monitor to join their team! First (6am-2:30pm) and second (2pm-10:30pm) shift opportunities available. opportunity to get in with a growing company! GMP & HACCP experience preferred Description:

• Quality Assurance
• Will report to the QA Manager
• Will be completing product evaluation, risk assessments, QA for shipping and receiving, calibrating equipment, PH Bricks, adjusting SOPs, audits, Food Safety
• Enforce HACCP and GMP protocol
• Audits
• SQF Certifications
• Food safety knowledge
• Lab knowledge and experience
• Ph/brix/color assessments
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Ability to multi task
• Ability to work in groups and teams
• Assist with preparing for FDA auditsSkills:GMP, SOP, HACCP, Quality control, Quality check, Documentation, pH, brix, SQFPersonality - Must be able to approach individuals and coach/teach them proper SOP standards- Must be a self starter that wants to learn and grow with the company- Personality is more important than experience- Both managers place a heavy emphasis on "having a presence" while at workExperience Level:Intermediate Level About Actalent: Actalent connects passion with purpose.
