Job Description As a Supply/Tool Room Coordinator, you will be responsible for assisting with inventory and issuing out of parts and tools within the warehouse. This will include stocking, tracking, inventory and inspection as required. Your responsibilities include, but is not limited to: Assisting with control/flow of supplies and parts through our Supply Room. Processing the daily stock replenishment Placing orders to replenish inventories for parts and supplies Physical inventory and reconciliation. Stocking and organizing of all products in the parts warehouse. Conduct the quarterly inventory counts on parts and supplies. Work closely with Manager to minimize waste and distribute parts correctlly Updating and modifying bin locations within all parts stock. Monitor back order items.
