Job Description:
Do you have 3-5 years of experience as a Compensation
Analyst?

Job duties include but not limited to the following:
-Provide compensation consulting and conduct market pricing by job
matching
-Obtain and analyze market pricing
-modify and create new descriptions which accurately reflect
current roles, responsibilities and requirements
-Ensure pay is in accordance with compensation policy and
guidelines
-Responsible for for Ad Hoc Reporting and project management
-Proficient with Oracle HRIS system
-Bilingual (English/Spanish)
