Technical Support.
Key Responsibilities
Provide real-time troubleshooting assistance to customers regarding
their equipment and services
Resolve issues on the first call and suggest relevant products and
services
Deliver exceptional customer service by assessing needs and
exceeding customer expectations
Required Qualifications
High school diploma, GED, or relevant work experience
6 months of experience in customer service or sales
High-speed internet connection available at home
Preferred experience includes troubleshooting hardware/software
issues and meeting sales goals
Enthusiastic and adaptable with a focus on customer experience
