Job Description:
A company is looking for an Applied Science Head.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and inspire a high-performing team of Applied Scientists and
Machine Learning Engineers and Leaders
Grow and coach talent, acting as a talent magnet to attract,
nurture and retain talent
Set strategy and direction for AI/ML & Applied Science Product &
Engineering and its organizational culture and leadership
Required Qualifications:
Master's or Ph.D. degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning,
Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field
10+ years of organizational leadership experience, including
experience collaborating with teams and executive leadership
5+ years of experience building and applying ML models to solve
complex problems for large-scale applications
Experience in optimization, machine learning, and statistical
analysis
Commitment to building inclusive teams and team culture
