Job Description:

A company is looking for a Business Intelligence Team Lead.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and mentor a team of Business Intelligence Analysts
Collaborate with senior management to define and execute the company's data strategy
Lead data analysis activities, provide actionable insights, and support data-driven decision-making

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field
5+ years of experience in business intelligence, data analysis, or a related field
Previous leadership experience and team management skills
Proficiency in BI tools such as Metabase, Tableau, Power BI, or similar
Strong SQL and database management skills
