A company is looking for a Customer Support Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Resolve customer issues and requests, focusing on escalation
process and adherence
Document work in ticketing system and provide superior customer
service
Assist with troubleshooting hardware and software issues and
provide training as needed
Required Qualifications:
2-5 years' experience in fast-paced customer service
environment
Experience troubleshooting mobile solutions and healthcare
technology
Flexible working schedule and strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and establish productive
relationships
Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot complex computer
issues
