Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Recordkeeper for their Operations area delivering cost-effective and superior customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Review and analyze Death Claims for good order
Enter complex transactions including beneficiary RMD calculations and distributions
Work with customers and internal/external business partners to resolve transactions that are not in good order

Required Qualifications:

College degree or equivalent experience
1-3 years of customer service experience
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office
Strong mathematical skills
Detail-oriented and analytical
