Job Description:
A company is looking for an Associate Investor Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Daily review and update of investor emails and internal comparison
emails for guideline eligibility and rate changes
Input of Spec Payup LLPAs for existing investors and addition of
new products for existing investors
Troubleshoot customer support tickets, including auditing existing
investors for content accuracy
Required Qualifications:
2+ years of customer service experience
Technically oriented and proficient in tools like Excel
Strong communication and writing ability
Ability to interpret investor guidelines and ratesheets
Passionate about customer support and customer-centric teams
