Job Description:
A company is looking for a Member Enrollment Specialist.
Key Responsibilities:
Outreach to perspective health plan members to engage and enroll
them into the OnTrak program (expected 125+ calls per day)
Attend trainings as needed
Document and keep records of all member interactions
Required Qualifications:
High school diploma
1 or more years of experience in outbound sales to consumers
Technical savvy and ability to utilize multiple applications at
once
Microsoft Office experience
Great phone presence, ability to establish trust quickly, overcome
objections, and be persuasive over the phone
