Job Description:
A company is looking for an Animal Care Advocate.
Key Responsibilities:
Accept incoming calls, make outgoing calls, and answer general
inquiries from pet insurance customers
Assist customers with initiating claims, processing premium
payments, and insurance applications
Create, update, and maintain customer claim and veterinary
interaction records via data entry
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of experience in a customer-facing role in a corporate or
customer service team setting
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience learning and
using new technology
High school diploma required
Commitment to the work and customers
Strong desire for team success
