Job Description:
-Project Coordinator -(JD 71)We are seeking an experienced
Project Coordinator to join our team. This role will be responsible
for supporting project teams within Electriq Power's Services
Group. This role is critical in supporting the progress of teams,
scheduling workflows, and taking on analysis and customer triage.
Key activities for this role include working with customers or
utilities in support of our residential solar and battery projects,
filing applications, reporting on progress, following up on permits
and licenses, and working directly with customers and clients. The
ideal candidate must be able to work independently and collaborate
with various team members and functional areas. This position is a
mix of communications, planning and coordination, and task
execution and located in our Oxnard, CA office.
-Responsibilities--- Assist customer/client-facing communications
---- Ensure responsiveness among the team and the many projects and
customers--- Record all project progress and follow up with any
corrections/punch list items--- Interface with project ecosystem
including marketing, operations, product management and - - -city
officials - ---- Coordinate with utilities and other trades as
necessary for installation projects--- Maintain and update project
installation workflows ---- Provide quick responses to all customer
inquiries--- Deliver exceptional customer service and proper
expectation setting at multiple touch points--- Review and document
continuous improvement opportunities following project
completion--- Work with customers and management to review issues
and resolve problems--- Other duties as assigned. -Essential
Skills--- Project management experience ---- Familiarity with
common professional tools: Excel, Google Sheets, Power Point,
Google - - -Slides, etc.--- Demonstrated customer service skills---
Outstanding organization, time management skills and ability to
prioritize tasks--- Strong verbal and written skills.--- Excellent
computer skills; Salesforce experience a plus--- Strong work
ethic--- Bi-lingual English/Spanish a plus--- Previous solar a
plusEducation--- Bachelor Degree or an equivalent combination of
formal education, on-the-job training, and/or work and life
experience -Salary$55,000 - $75,000*The pay range provided is a
good faith estimate for this position only and in the geographical
