Job Description:

Immediate need for demand planner located in Oxnard. Hybrid work 1-2 days in office 8am-4pm



---Create unconstrained volume & revenue forecasts on a daily and monthly level for all replenishment and new launch products, adjusting forecasts for website traffic changes, seasonality adjustments, and product mix variations

--- Reconcile revenue forecasts with management---s expectations and adjust forecasts based on executive feedback.

---Analyze and evaluate marketing metrics to identify how they correlate with forecasts. I.e., cart conversions, email sign up conversions, social media metrics

---Responsible for analyzing lifts of various types of promotions and discounts and apply these findings to future forecasts.

---Track forecast vs. actual performance from a volume and revenue standpoint. Adjust future forecasts based on launch week and sales erosion trends. Work to improve variances over time.

---Update bill of materials for all new launches

---Work with operations planning teams to confirm quantities and dates for new launches and key restocks.

---Liaise with sales and marketing teams to gather qualitative feedback on new launches to include as inputs to forecasting models.

--- EDUCATION: BA/BS in Math, Statistics, Business, Economics, Operations, or Supply Chain EXPERIENCE: 1-3 years of experience in planning
