Job Description:

DIRECT HIRE
Sr. Contracts Administrator
Position is On-site in Oxnard.
Pay is $80-109k/year.
Great benefits and they work Monday --- Thursday 410 schedule - Friday---s off!
Must pass background / Drug Screen / Meet ITAR.

They need someone with recent strong aerospace/military contracts experience.

Keys to hire:
--- Strong experience with commercial and government contract terms (FAR/DFAR provisions).
--- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
--- Basic knowledge of Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and controls. Oracle experience is preferred.
--- Ability to exercise good judgment and make independent decisions within delegated authority.
--- Proficient with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft Office.

QUALIFICATIONS
Previous experience in contracts, sales or other related discipline.

EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor's degree (B.S.) from four-year accredited college or university; years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
