Job Description We are seeking a results-driven Project Manager
to manage projects for program startup ahead of manufacturing start
and before ramp-to-rate at the Skunkworks, with a focus on
operational excellence. This role is responsible for ensuring
efficient, high-quality program planning ahead of execution, while
driving continuous improvement across all manufacturing processes.
What You Will Be Doing Key Responsibilities: Conduct Manufacturing
Readiness Assessments according to DOD MRL Deskbook at critical
suppliers domestically and internationally. Develop Manufacturing
Maturation Plans and gain key stakeholder alignment on funding
paths. Establish a manufacturing ramp to rate strategy for a
franchise Skunkworks program, to include strategic sourcing
strategy. Establish best practices for requirements modeling using
Authoritiative Source of Truth modeling of AS6500 Manufacturing
Management Program requirements. Oversee operational execution of
projects, ensuring alignment with program goals and fostering
process efficiency, quality, and productivity. Serve as the primary
liaison between senior management, stakeholders, and project teams,
maintaining clear communication and accountability. Collaborate
with build team management, program leaders, and supporting
disciplines to identify opportunities for continuous improvement
and operational optimization. Lead the conceptualization, planning,
and execution of time-phased, budgeted tasks that achieve program
objectives while maximizing resource efficiency. Build and maintain
strong cross-functional relationships, applying transformative
thinking to improve workflows and drive operational excellence.

operations - Experience in one or more of fabrication, assembly,
flight ops build -Ability to obtain and maintain secret clearance
Desired skills - Experience in interfacing with program leadership
and briefing on behalf of Production Operations function -

Ability to work remotely Part-time Remote Telework: The employee
selected for this position will work part of their work schedule
remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed
Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed
during the hiring process. Work Schedule Information Lockheed
Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide
additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from
standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be
condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with
additional time away from the office and are in addition to our
Paid Time off benefits. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding
most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois,
Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington
DC is $111,700 - $196,880. For states not referenced above, the
salary range for this position will reflect the candidate’s final
work location. Please note that the salary information is a general
guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not
limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's
work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market
and business considerations when extending an offer. Benefits

and Holidays. (Washington state applicants only) Non-represented
full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid

time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up
to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for
holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated
based on start date during the calendar year. This position is
incentive plan eligible. Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for
this position in most major metropolitan areas in California,
Massachusetts, and New York is $128,400 - $222,640. For states not
referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect
the candidate’s final work location. Please note that the salary
