Salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per year A bit about us: Our client is
seeking a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Labor &
Employment Paralegal to join our legal team. We're looking for a
self-motivated professional with superior organizational skills, a
keen eye for detail, and a passion for law, who can navigate the
complexities of our legal system with ease. The successful
candidate will play a critical role in our legal proceedings,
working alongside our attorneys to prepare for case presentations,
conduct research, draft legal documents, and manage client

Responsibilities: 1. Conduct thorough legal research and
fact-checking to support case preparation and legal proceedings. 2.
Draft and proofread legal documents, including pleadings, motions,
briefs, contracts, and correspondence. 3. Assist attorneys in
preparing for trials, hearings, depositions, and meetings. 4.
Organize and maintain case files, client records, and legal
documents in a systematic manner. 5. Coordinate and manage
schedules, appointments, and deadlines. 6. Liaise with clients to
gather information, provide updates, and maintain strong
relationships. 7. Ensure compliance with all legal standards and
regulations. 8. Assist in the development of legal arguments,
applications, declarations, and motions. 9. Prepare trial binders
and exhibits for court proceedings. 10. Stay updated with current
laws and legal news to assist in providing comprehensive legal
advice. Qualifications: 1. A minimum of 3-5 years of experience as
a paralegal, wage and hour experience preferred. 2. Paralegal
certification or a degree in law, legal studies, or a related
field. 3. Proficient in legal research tools and databases. 4.
Strong knowledge of legal terminologies, principles, and
procedures. 5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills-
in both English and Spanish! 6. Exceptional organizational skills
and attention to detail. 7. Ability to handle multiple tasks and
meet tight deadlines. 8. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite,
particularly Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. 9. Experience in drafting
a wide range of legal documents. 10. Ability to maintain
confidentiality and exercise extreme discretion. 11. Strong
interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with
clients, attorneys, and court personnel. 12. Familiarity with the
rules of civil procedure, court rules, and protocols. 13.
Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
