Job Description:
A company is looking for a Corporate & Strategic Transaction
Counsel.
Key Responsibilities:
Draft, review, and negotiate commercial/vendor agreements
supporting the company's business operations
Assist with the rollout of standardized vendor agreement templates
across the organization
Advise business clients on contract status and other
contract-related matters
Required Qualifications:
J.D. degree or equivalent and membership in good standing with a
state bar
Minimum 5 years' experience in a law firm or corporate legal
department, including experience with corporate law and
drafting/negotiating commercial contracts
Detail and process oriented
Strong organizational skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced
environment
