Job Description:

We are Hiring for Oracle HCM Functional Experience with Oracle Benefits and payroll
Very Good Communication skills
Duration: Full time
Location: Remote
Working with PST timings

Must have at least 4 Full cycle Implementation & Support experience of Oracle Apps HRMS Modules Core HR, Self Service HR, Payroll (weekly/biweekly runs) and I Recruitment
Experience of modules OTL, OLM, Performance management would be an added advantage.
Technical awareness of the working of Oracle Apps Forms/Reports, Pl/SQL, Interfaces.
Should have good in SIT, EIT and their validations
Should have good experience in Support Projects and working against SLA's
Must have Strong product skills in HCM Modules in EBS Version 12.1.3.
Prepare UTR unit Test cases and demonstration Prepare Test case for UAT and assistance
Prepare plan for Production deployment of the new features required.
Should have worked in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, documentation, configuration, testing, training and go-live.
Ability to provide robust solutions with pros & cons of the proposed solution when standard functionality cannot meet customer requirements.
