experienced Human Resources (HR) Assistant to join our team. This
position offers a great opportunity to apply your expertise in HR
processes, compliance, and employee relations. The ideal candidate
will bring strong knowledge of California labor laws and a
proactive approach to managing HR functions. Responsibilities: •
Oversee daily HR operations, ensuring compliance with company
policies and state regulations. • Manage employee onboarding
processes and facilitate smooth transitions for new hires. •
Administer and maintain HRIS systems to ensure accurate
record-keeping and reporting. • Coordinate full-cycle recruiting
efforts, including screening, interviewing, and hiring. • Conduct
background checks and verify employment eligibility. • Support
employee relations by addressing concerns, resolving conflicts, and
promoting a positive workplace culture. • Provide guidance on
California labor laws to ensure adherence to legal standards. •
Collaborate with management to implement HR strategies and
initiatives. • Maintain HR documentation and ensure confidentiality
of sensitive information. • Assist with training programs and
detail-oriented development initiatives. • Minimum of 3 years of
experience in human resources or a related field. • Proficiency in
HRIS systems and data management. • Strong knowledge of California
labor laws and regulations. • Proven experience in full-cycle
recruiting and onboarding processes. • Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills. • Ability to handle sensitive information
with discretion and confidentiality. • Familiarity with employee
relations practices and conflict resolution. • Detail-oriented with
strong organizational and time-management abilities.
