For more information, visit: www.dignityhealth.org/centralcoast ResponsibilitiesIn keeping with the Dignity Health core values, the Clinical Nurse III is an experienced practitioner who demonstrates in-depth knowledge of nursing, patient care and the ability to practice independently. The Clinical Nurse III also serves as a resource person as well as a preceptor and under minimal supervision, the Clinical Nurse III identifies and implements nursing interventions that have predictable outcomes and evaluates the results of these interventions for a given patient population. I A Flexible Staffing Pool Registered Nurse will be assigned to different areas according to staffing and patient acuity needs. The assignment can change during a specific shift at St. Johns Regional Medical Center or St. John's Pleasant Valley Hospital. This position is represented by SEIU, Local 121RN, and is covered by the terms and conditions of the applicable collective bargaining agreement. KEY WORDS: RN, REGISTERED NURSE, TELEMETRY, HOSPITAL, HEALTHCARE Qualifications REQUIREMENTS: California Registered Nurse license Currently BLS certification Three (3) years of current, acute care, Med-Surg or Telemetry experience Graduate of an approved school of nursing Eighteen (18) months of Step Down level experience preferred over Telemetry preferred BSN preferred EKG Basic Arrhythmia and/or ACLS Certification preferred After one (1) year may be required to become Progressive Care, Pediatric, Chemotherapy or Rehab Nurse Certified.
