Situated within Herzog Wine Cellars, Tierra Sur strives to delight guests with excellent service, beautiful food and the ambiance of dining inside the area's largest winery.We are immediately hiring -a -part-time busser / food runner. Applicants must be available to work on Sundays and other days during the week -(We are closed Fridays and -Saturdays).*Our employees' safety is a priority. We have implemented protocols, per the CDC, OSHA & CALOSHA to protect our employees and reduce the risk of exposure to COVID-19.$15 AN HOUR PLUS TIP POOLING. -SUMMARY:Responsible for setting up and clearing tables, stocking all service stations and assisting food servers with table service to ensure total guest satisfaction.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following (other duties may be assigned to meet business needs):

• Prepares dining room for patrons by cleaning and clothing tables; setting decorations, condiments, candles, napkins, service plates, and utensils.
  -Maintain stock and cleanliness of stations for all meal periods with necessary equipment including silverware, linen and condiments.Greet guests in a pleasant and courteous manner, serve beverages, breads and butter to begin their dining experience and replenish as necessary.Folding napkins for all meal periods throughout the day to maintain an adequate supply, restocking condiments, etc.Transport all dirty tableware from dining room to dishwashing area for proper cleaning.Protects establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation and safety policies.Participates as a team member with Food Servers, Utilities, Cooks, Supervisors and any pertinent Company Employees in producing a smoothly and efficiently run operation that meets the highest standards of Customer Services.Responsible for maintaining a consistent and regular attendance record.Perform other duties as requested, such as cleaning unexpected spills, or special guest requests QUALIFICATIONS: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. - The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skills, and/or ability required. - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED preferred.Knowledge / -Skills: Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos. - Physical Demands: - The physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. - Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions.
