Job Duties:

Perform routine GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS analyses for Antibiotics, Pesticide Residues and other contaminants on food
Perform preventative maintenance and troubleshooting as needed on GC-MS/MS and LC-MS/MS equipment
Complete R+D or Method Development Projects as assigned



Experience:

3+ years with routine laboratory equipment looked upon favorably(Pipettes, glassware, balances, etc.)


3+ years with analytical instrumentation looked upon favorably(ICP-MS, GC-MS/MS, LC-MS/MS or similar)
Preferred SCIEX and/or AGILENT instrumentation
Seafood industry experience preferred


Familiarity with accreditation standards for ISO 17025 & ELAP a plus.



Education (Minimum Requirement):

BS or similar in scientific field of study (including core scientific curricula)

Demonstrate proficiency in computer skills (including MS Excel)

5-day work week, 40Hrs/week, Mon-Sat
