Job Description:

An established otolaryngology practice in the Torrance, CA area is looking to add a physician assistant or nurse practitioner to their team. Candidates must have direct otolaryngology experience to be considered.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations related to otolaryngology conditions.
• Assist in the diagnosis and management of ear, nose, and throat disorders
• Perform minor procedures under the supervision of the otolaryngologist.
• Collaborate with the otolaryngologists and other providers to implement comprehensive treatment plans for patients.
• Provide patient education regarding otolaryngology conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records in compliance with regulatory standards.

Requirements:

• Current California state licensure and board certification as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner.
• Prior experience in otolaryngology is required.
• Strong clinical skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to establish rapport with patients and colleagues.
