Title: Mobile Response Team Lead Job Duties : The Mobile Response
Team Lead will coordinate Mobile Response Team operations during
emergency calls or urgent field deployments. Supervises and support
MRT personnel, ensuring clear direction and effective teamwork.
Assesses incidents or service requests and determine appropriate
response strategies. Ensures team compliance with safety protocols,
operational procedures, and regulatory requirements. Serves as the
main communication point between the MRT, management, and other
responding agencies or departments. Schedule: Full-Time
Qualifications Minimum 3 years of relevant field response
experience (crisis response, emergency services, healthcare
outreach, or similar). Valid driver’s license and ability to travel
or respond to field locations. LVN/LPT/RN/LCSW/LMFT. Crestwood

Response Team: The Crestwood Behavioral Health Mobile Response Team
(MRT) provides community-based interventions for those experiencing
a mental health crisis. Our team can deploy into the community to
provide crisis intervention, de-escalation, and stabilization. The
MRT is staffed by Licensed/Registered Mental Health Counselors and
Peer Specialists who can provide services throughout Lompoc and
Santa Barbara County, including residences, parks, shelters,
schools, and hospitals. The goal of the MRT is to de-escalate the
crisis and safely connect individuals with mental health care and
resources. The salary range listed below represents the minimum and
maximum base pay per hour at the time of posting. Final salary
offered to the candidate selected for the position will be based on
factors including but not limited to candidate's skills,
experience, licensure, and program acuity. Pay Range: $40 - $44 USD
