Job Description:
Please Read Before Applying This is a production-focused,
high-volume associate role designed for dentists who are
comfortable in a fast-paced clinical environment and motivated by
performance-based compensation. This position may not be the right
fit for those seeking: A reduced schedule (e.g., 9–4) A low-volume
clinical setting Long-term guaranteed salary structures Ongoing
step-by-step mentorship Compensation 25% of collections $800 per
day guaranteed for the first 60 days $20,000 sign-on bonus ,
payable after six (6) months of active employment No production cap
We maintain strong new patient flow compared to many traditional
private practices. Top-performing associates in our group have
earned approximately $300,000 annually working four days per week
(11-hour shifts) . Individual earnings vary based on production,
clinical efficiency, case acceptance, and schedule availability.
Clinical Expectations Applicants must be comfortable performing:
Molar root canal therapy Surgical and non-surgical extractions
Comprehensive treatment planning in a fast-paced setting This role
requires clinical independence and the ability to manage a
productive schedule. ? Schedule 4-day workweek Approximately
11-hour shifts Includes some evenings and weekends Our extended
hours reflect patient demand and help support production
