Job Description Job Description Women's Health Nurse Practitioner (Bilingual Spanish) - Los Angeles, CA Job Type: Full-time Shifts: Days (Monday 8am - Friday 5pm) Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated and mission-driven Women's Health Nurse Practitioner to join a multi-specialty outpatient primary care setting serving underserved and uninsured populations in the Los Angeles area. This role focuses on delivering high-quality, patient-centered care within a collaborative healthcare team. The practice serves a large and diverse patient population and offers an opportunity to make a meaningful impact in community health. Key Responsibilities Provide comprehensive primary and women's health care in an outpatient setting Conduct patient assessments, diagnoses, and treatment plans Manage an average of 20-24 patients per day Collaborate with physicians, PAs, NPs, social workers, and specialists Maintain accurate clinical documentation and charting Participate in quality improvement and community health initiatives Minimum Qualifications Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Certified Nurse Practitioner with at least 1 year of clinical experience (training rotations excluded) Bilingual English/Spanish required Strong primary care and women's health clinical skills Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team Benefits: Competitive benefits package Malpractice insurance coverage CME paid time off and stipend Loan repayment eligibility (Federal & State programs) Growth and advancement opportunities Company Description Protouch Staffing is a trusted staffing partner specializing in connecting skilled professionals with top employers.
