Skilled Nursing Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Shift Hours per
Shift: Four 10-hour shifts Experience: Minimum two years of
long-term care experience License: Current RN license
Certifications: Current BLS certification Must-Have: Must have
long-term skilled nursing experience. Must pass nursing medical
test. Must effectively communicate in English, both verbal and
written. Must have good interpersonal skills and interface
professionally, tactfully, and respectfully with residents,
patients, staff, and the general public. Basic computer skills are
required. Description: Responsible for ensuring continuity of care
by providing direct care. Supervises the care provided by CNAs,
LVNs, and support staff members. Communicates with the health team
about changes in patients' clinical condition. Able to respond
quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to
treatment. Participates in quality improvement activities.
Assesses, plans, implements, and evaluates the nursing care of
residents within the skilled nursing setting. Works with knowledge
of relevant regulations. Operating knowledge of Electronic Medical
