Job Description & Requirements - Specialty: Case Management - Discipline: RN - Start Date: 02/23/2026 - Duration: 13 weeks - 40 hours per week - Shift: 8 hours, days - Employment Type: Travel Title: RN Case Manager Location: Bakersfield, CA 93301 Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Days (8*5) Requirements: 3 Yrs. of exp. Must have CommonSpirit/Dignity/CHI experience. RN License BLS Required. Cerner Exp. Description: Looking for someone with excellent customer service skills. Strong interpersonal & written communication skills. Ability to multi-task, work independently, & work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities. Common types of patients & job duties: Dealing with all payers, uninsured, homeless. Completing initial assessments, DC planning (including nursing homes, home health, DME, prior authorizations, etc) Case load/ patients per day/consults per day Caseloads can range from 15-28 on average EMR: Cerner Is this position for UR, discharge planning, or both?
