Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Interventional Radiology Discipline: RN Start Date: 02/10/2026 Duration: 13 weeks 40 hours per week Shift: 10 hours, days Employment Type: Travel Job Opportunity – Cath Lab / Interventional Radiology RN – California Start Date: February 10, 2026 Location: Orange, California Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 4x10 days (Monday–Friday), with one weekend per month on call. Call coverage required: 7 days per month, including 1 weekend per month (Friday–Sunday PM) plus 1 weekday. Highlights: 426-bed Magnet-designated acute care facility with state-of-the-art cardiac and interventional services Opportunity for Cath Lab RN or IR RN with neuro and vascular experience Epic charting system; required for IR RNs, preferred for Cath Lab RNs Daily census: 2 IR / 4 Cath Lab procedures Scrub skills preferred but not required Comprehensive interdisciplinary support including pharmacy, respiratory, rapid response, and radiology teams Requirements: Active California RN license (must be in hand; temporary licenses not accepted) Minimum 2 years of Cath Lab or IR experience in a facility with at least 250 beds Certifications: ACLS, BLS, CCI (RCIS or RCES) For IR RN candidates: neuro and vascular experience required, plus Epic proficiency For Cath Lab RN candidates: Epic experience preferred but limited experience acceptable Two supervisory references covering 1 year within the last 3 years Why It's a Great Opportunity: Join a Magnet-recognized team delivering advanced cardiovascular and interventional care in a collaborative, well-supported environment.
