Medical Reviewer



Overview of Work to be performed by Medical Reviewer ("MR"):


? To access and work on individual case safety reports within safety database system. MR will take cases from the MSR assigned worklist(s).


? MR will perform Medical Review of individual case safety reports which include Individual Case Safety Reports (ICSRs) via safety database system and in time to meet the case lock target.


? MR will review the following elements of the ICSR: review of source documentation, confirm or assess seriousness, confirm expectedness, utilizing the appropriate RSI for the product/molecule being assessed, review and modify second half of the company summary as appropriate, identification of Safety Medical Operations Cases (SMOC), Confirm medical terminology coding, and Review queries.
