• Must have active state license
• BC or BE required
• Weekdays, Days, No call
• BLS required
• Approximately 21 patients per day, must see all ages
• IUD insertion/removal, punch biopsy, injection, toenail removal and wart removal
• Credentialing needed
• DEA needed
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
