Job Description:

A company is looking for a Home Health Coding OASIS Reviewer.
Responsibilities:

Review chart documentation for accuracy in coding, OASIS, and plans of care
Complete daily productivity goals of 8-11 charts per day
Maintain department quality standards for accuracy in coding and OASIS

Qualifications:

Experience in OASIS documentation, ICD-10 coding, QA, and compliance in Medicare Home Health
Dual-certification in home care coding (ex. HCS-D or BCHH-C) and OASIS (HSC-O, COS-C, or COQS)
Registered Nurse/RN preferred
