Job:Yum! Brands is seeking a Director, Culture, Opportunity &
Belonging (COB) who will champion, promote, and guide the COB
strategy and initiatives across the company. The position will
report to the Chief Culture, Opportunity and Belonging Officer and
work closely with the brand and teams. This role is integral to the
company, our culture, and the experience of each of our employees
every day.The ideal applicant/candidate will exhibit strong
leadership and change management capabilities, bolstered by
excellent skills in influencing, people management, and project
management. These attributes are essential for driving positive
sustainable progress across the organization. This role will be
based in Irvine, CA.The Day-to-Day:
- Continue to build on the established vision for Culture,
Opportunity and Belonging by architecting and executing programs
that advance the company toward the desired business outcomes.
- Partner with leadership to ensure this vision continues to be
operationalized into a sustainable and measurable working plan that
is embedded into organizational processes and decision-making, and
delivers collective value across the organization.
- Be the "go to" COB subject matter expert and lead for Brand
Partners and field leadership teams, including but not limited to:
strategy execution, training and learning architecture, and group
facilitation.
- Actively support identified client groups and leadership teams
with functional and enterprise-wide change management efforts -
specific to the design and implementation of COB-driven business
and people practices.
- Remain up-to-date on relevant federal, state, global, and
region-specific legislation and recommend appropriate focused
action, when and where applicable.Is This You?
- Minimum 10 years of progressive HR Leadership experience (e.g.
Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, Learning and Development,
Operations, etc.) with global client groups.
- Depth in strategy execution across various client groups
(including Leadership and global teams, exempt, and non-exempt
employee populations).
- Well-versed in change management, problem solving and building
strong relationships.
- Advanced analytical skills, that are used to inform decisions
and develop effective strategies.
- Successful track record of designing learning solutions,
creating implementation plans, and facilitating sessions with
leadership and global teams, exempt, and non-exempt employee

Range: $160,400 - $188,800 annually + bonus eligibility +
