Job Description:

A company is looking for a Business Development Director for an AF Mission.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and leverage resources to create, identify, develop, and qualify opportunities
Achieve growth goals through winning new business, securing contract recompetes, and driving organic program growth
Develop and maintain an active pipeline of opportunities in alignment and consistent with corporate strategy and goals

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree and 16+ years of experience or equivalent
Experience leading large $100M+ business pursuits through a business acquisition process going through opportunity identification, qualification, and capture phases
A successful record of supporting and winning contracts with Air Force customer, specifically: ACC, AFLCMC, AFRL, and NASIC
Experienced in capturing, solutioning, and pursuing $750M+ GSA FEDSIM bids
Current TS Clearance
