Job Description:

A company is looking for a Design and User Experience Director.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage a remote design team to provide a B2C-like experience for small business users
Define and deliver a best-in-class user experience vision and strategy
Oversee the UX Research practice, turning data into actionable insights and ensuring exceptional user experiences

Required Qualifications:

At least 5 years of experience in unified UX and UI design for web and mobile, including responsive design
Proven experience leading and mentoring a team of UX/UI designers
Prior experience delivering SaaS products in an agile environment
Expertise in a broad range of UX/UI skills, including interaction design, visual design, and UX research
Proficiency in UI software such as Figma, Sketch, InVision, Axure, or equivalent
