A company is looking for a Scaled Customer Success Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Drive efficient onboarding of new customers at scale
Own micro-SMB and SMB accounts, ensuring successful onboarding
Identify areas for automation and scalability in the onboarding process

Qualifications:

2+ years of experience in sales, customer success, or product operations in a B2B organization
Exceptional project management and time management skills
Desire for ownership and growth in the role
Proven track record meeting KPIs
Ability to anticipate customer needs and provide solutions
