Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Contracts Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure overall contract compliance with contract requirements,
company policies, and applicable laws
Review and manage all contractual obligations and terms and
conditions
Administer and coordinate teaming agreements, non-disclosure
agreements, and Organizational Conflict of Interest plans
Required Qualifications:
10+ years of experience in contract administration and negotiations
in the government contracting sector
Experience with various contract types, including firm-fixed-price,
T&M, cost reimbursable, BPAs, GWACs, and agency IDIQs
Knowledge of federal government contracting and FAR regulations
Experience with managing and delivering work products in a
fast-paced environment
Bachelor's degree
