Job Description:
An organization is seeking a Professional Services
Implementation Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
Plan and deliver services for customers, ensuring they see the full
value of the company's products and providing guidance on best
practices
Gather requirements and build solutions, transitioning the
company's working environment to the customer
Implement changes in the company's environment on behalf of the
customer and troubleshoot any issues that arise
Qualifications:
Minimum 5 years of experience in a customer-facing position related
to security, implementation, or technical support
Deep understanding of internet and security technologies, such as
TCP/IP, TLS, DNS, SWG, Firewalls, and VPNs
Experience with scripting languages and a desire to expand those
skills
Knowledge of network transformation technologies, such as MPLS,
SD-WAN, or WAN Optimization
Ability to manage projects, work to deadlines, and prioritize
competing demands
