Job Description:

A company is looking for a People Systems and Analytics Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and develop a team of individuals in the People Systems department
Oversee and maintain internal People technologies, ensuring data integrity and functionality
Collaborate with P&C leadership on People strategy and produce measurable people metrics

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or Human Resource Management or equivalent
6+ years of relevant People Systems experience
1+ year of leadership experience in a People Systems function
Ability to guide, coach, and motivate a team
Thorough understanding of information systems with a highly technical understanding of Workday
