Job Description:
A company is looking for a Case Management Engagement
Supervisor.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the day-to-day operations of the CM administrative staff,
including enrollment and engagement of members, workflow balance,
and adherence to metrics
Train new hires and support non-clinical CM staff and company
clinical programs
Contribute to continuous improvement by applying contact center
experience and driving proactive strategies
Qualifications:
Experience in a team lead or supervisory position preferred
Experience with telephony applications and software required
Previous experience in a case management/population health program
activity center strongly preferred
College degree is preferred
Three or more years of experience in an engagement/outreach
specialist role is required
