Job Description:
A company is looking for a Director of Care Coordination
Strategy & Operations for their remote contact center.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the care coordination team, fostering a positive
and collaborative team culture
Develop and execute the operational strategy to optimize and scale
the care coordination team
Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure quality of care
standards and outcomes are achieved
Required Qualifications:
8-10 years of experience in contact center operations, with at
least 4-6 years in a leadership role
Proven experience in leading and developing high-performing contact
center operations, preferably in healthcare
Experience in building and scaling operations, particularly in
contact center operations and shared services
Demonstrated ability to develop and execute complex strategies
aligned with organizational goals
Commitment to member-centered care and exceptional member
experiences
