Senior Translational Medicine Director

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Senior Translational Medicine Director to join their team.
Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate across functions to identify new biomarkers for programs based upon mechanism of action as well as biomarkers that translate from preclinical to clinical studies
Develop the biomarker and precision medicine strategy for each program in collaboration with a cross functional team
Develop and validate assays internally or with CROs as needed and monitor critical assay performance in clinical trials

Required Qualifications:

MD, PhD, DO, PharmD or similar advanced degree
10+ years developing and implementing biomarker strategies for clinical development
Experience in multiple therapeutic areas preferred
Experience managing CROs for bioanalytical assay development
Knowledge of GLP and CLIA
