Job Description:

A company is looking for a Accounts Receivable Senior Manager who will oversee accounts receivable, credits, and collections, implement best practices and policies, and manage a team of analysts.
Key Responsibilities:

Verify the financial status and creditworthiness of prospective customers and approve contractual terms of sale
Act as the escalation point of contact for billing and collections inquiries from internal and external customers
Manage and mentor a team of Accounts Receivable Analysts, implement AR best practices, and ensure compliance with PCI controls

Required Qualifications:

Minimum of 8 years of experience in billing, credit assessment, collection, and AR management
Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
Experience with Salesforce, Zuora, and NetSuite is preferred
Detailed-oriented with strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop scalable frameworks and processes
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels of the company
