Job Description:

A company is looking for an SMB Sales Manager.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead a team of account executives to seek out new customers and provide solutions to meet their needs
Explain the company's value proposition to inbound and outbound leads and gain commitment to buy
Sell to a global marketplace and work with an international team

Required Qualifications:

10+ years of sales or customer-facing leadership experience with a proven track record of over-achievement on KPIs
7+ years of experience in SaaS selling and revenue teams
Experience leading technical-oriented products to small-or-medium sized businesses
Strong negotiation skills and the ability to close customers within a short sales' cycles
Highly motivated and competitive with a great work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit
